Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 228 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

Dog Pound is a story of a man who tries to escape the mortal trap set by semi-intelligent mutant dogs headed by his ex-beloved pet that turned into a cunning monster. Caught unaware in his boat in the middle of a river by a huge pack of blood-thirsty creatures he has no weapon to defend himself and almost no chance to survive. The only thing he can do is to smash the heads of monsters with his oar for as long as possible.

Slay mutants in a series of challenges that tell the story of Gerasim and his dog Mumu. Collect bonus items like vodka and blow-up dolls, but avoid hazardous stingrays, seamines and toxic barrels.

Inspired by the Russian short story "Mumu" (1854) by Ivan Turgenev.

I couldn't even play it because it said I had to drown dogs. lol

A few improvements needed

Good game but the sound effects got really annoying. Also with the fire attack it need to be context sensitive because the lag between pressing down and the dog being attacked is way to huge

Prolly best game of the week!

5 out of 5 10 out of 10, graphics are great, controls are great, gameplay is easy and addictive and best of all it is sick twisted fun!

Good Game

Its a funny game, and the graphics are amazing..... but this is a horrible story, and it shouldnt be used to be funny ;)

Not Bad

Bit too easy... I like the voice and the artwork... music is a bit annoying, and the final level requires a fair amount of concentration though.
