This was a nice lengthy piece albeit it was mostly the narrator telling what happened a long time ago in the Medrellia secret dungeon and who all had died there.

The voice acting was good although it seems pretty small in this episode with just three people going at it. The music was nice and recognized the songs from Kingdom Hearts and Legend of Dragoon, both of which were quite fun games to play when I was younger and I haven't played them in awhile.

The animation here was good and it kind of was sad in the middle since it was mostly just frames with little to no movement until the narrator got done speaking. The scenery scene as Drake went to the castle was nice too, seemed to give a moment of relaxing while quickly rushing there. Funniest part was near the intro where he just felt he was going in circles which he was.

Overall, very nice and long episode. Only issue is mispronunciation of talisman.

Ah, a decent length episode at last! There were a few issues with this episode, like the pronunciation of "tailsman", which didn't go down too well with me, when it kept cropping up. A good writer finds a compromise synonym to help a struggling voice actor, such as amulet. On top of that, your narrator has the world's single most boring voice and I did catch myself drifting off to sleep, while listening to that long monologue.

What I would have done to change it up, would be to have Drake meet a bard, who tells him the potted history of Medralia (Very poor name, changing the "A", to an "Me", by the way) and gives him a few hints along the way. Have him pluck a few strings on the lute and have the whole speech be delivered with aplomb and gusto, so that Drake doesn't get bored.

There is so much of a chance to make this better and if your voice actor can't make the grade, then you'll have to move on, getting someone who has a range of voices, that you could use, to more effect.

The basic, sketched backgrounds didn't do you any favours here, as you went from the reasonable background to photos, to these evolving diagrams, which looked sketchy and poor quality, taking away from the overall effect that I feel you're after.

I hope that these get better, as at the moment, when you've learned better techniques, a redux may be called for, with better voices and animation.

Interesting..

Sometimes i check out random green stuff new to flash portal, this is neat.

My main issue with it though is that THOUGH you have a big story that you're making, you seem to lack the will to put the time into drawing each shot out. Put more work into each scene and this thing could be way better.

Wait, one other thing... is this supposed to be a comedy? The art, the whole narration part, and stuff like that kinda suggests it is, but the story doesn't SEEM to be one...idk..

anyways, yeah..keep workin at it :)

ehh....it wasn't bad but wasn't good

The voice acting was OK. It didn't sound like there was any real emotion in the characters. The animation I can give you a 5/10 on. The lip sync wasn't that good and the animation was choppy at some points. Like I said, not bad, but it wasn't good. Just work on animation a little more and put more emotion into the voices and the entire thing will be improved my a lot more.

Why?

I feel like this movie was made to bore everyone to death... What happens: 2 or 3 minutes of pointless bad narration where they mispronounce talismans. 30 seconds of random recap. A stick figure like guy runs around in circles... and before anything happens a school flashback then pointless feeling running and guards scene. Finaly about 15 seconds of something actually happening?

All the voice acting sounds like they are reading the script for the first time and mistakes are left in.
