Adventures of the Flying Dutchman would be the full title, but unfortunately it wouldn't fit :D

Hope you guys enjoy, I consider it my first fully complete original Flash cartoon... sequel's already underway, which should be even better thanks to the learning experience.

Loved this, funny as hell. please keep up the goodwork :)

Keep it up.

I'm not sure why anyone would rate this a zero. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems to me like people are often searching for something specific when they're looking at animation. The only problem with this style is it's completely original. (If you can call that a problem.) There's nothing to compare it to. Which makes it hard to review.
There's a lot of vision here, in my opinion. Obviously you're still experimenting with how these characters should move. Haven't quite perfected it yet, but you'll get it. I look forward to seeing more.

The effort wasn't there

100% of the animation was tweened badly. The positions were awkward and the impossible. If you had spent more time on touch ups it would be much better; it's not like you have a set date for it considering it's the first. The whole flash doesn't have a plot either. Maybe it you spent more time thickening the script instead of being lazy. Over all the effort wasn't there. The only constructive thing I can say is i'd recommend setting standards for yourself so you don't end up posting something like this.

At least try.

Most of the animation was motion tweening, and on the rare occasion that it wasn't it sucked. The voice acting was almost impossible to hear and quite frankly it was terrible. It was almost impossible to enjoy because half the time I was wondering how a persons joint can even do that. There were no mouths on the characters too. After watching it a second time but instead of focusing on the poorly done animation I actually listened more intently to the voices (this time with my volume nearing the it's limits) and I discovered that even the story line was flat out terrible. Just on a side note I don't have anything against motion tweening but a fair balanced dosage of both seems better. Anyways, to conclude my review I'm going to tell you exactly what I mean in latent terms. It was total CRAP.

You're entitled to your opinion. But just saying something is bad without giving much reason isn't very constructive.

The no mouths thing was a style choice, and certainly not the only thing to do so.

You might want to try the sequel coming out roughly this/next month. Has a lot more frame by frame, different voice actors, and most of the cast actually has mouths now.

But if you're not digging the style, you're not digging the style-- have a good one.

Great first flash

This was a cute little flash you made here, the animation was good and i really liked the style of it,the voice acting was decent but the quality wasn't that great, overall i got a couple of good laughs from this and it's quite impressive with it being your first original flash cartoon so keep up the great work. =)
