Art imitates itself.
Only this isn't art - it's a spoof, but it follows the same principals. While I do applaud you for making a point against all those shitty stick skater movies (which have come en masse for as long as the portal has been around), this Flash really feels incomplete and comes just short of becoming just like them: boring and uninspired. There is actually some good animation in the beginning accompanied by funny voice acting, but that's when the whole movie falls apart.
What should have happened is that the Flash should have cut to a scene in where the movie that kid made was submitted to the Newgrounds Portal and subsequently voted upon/reviewed by many different users (we have a wide audience here, don't be afraid to stereotype if you're feeling lazy!). Then the kid sees all the nasty reviews on his movie and says a bunch of funny things before crying to his mommy like a big baby. Because that's really how I see people who can't take criticism to their atrocities - big blubbering babies with no talent or direction whatsoever.
Just a few thoughts to help you along, if you make a sequel. Practice a bit more and you'll really start to see those views come in.
