Good Flash translation
Carrom is an intriguing game, though I have not played the real thing myself, this Flash is a very good translation of the action into a game. It is similar to billiards and is played with pucks, so if you know how to play hockey or pool, this game's mechanics should come naturally to you. The option to play against the CPU or against another human player is a very nice touch - I don't think a whole lot of other Flash games allow for local multiplayer, so you receive some applause for that. There isn't anything too bad about this game, but it isn't exactly the best game I have played either.
There's almost nothing I can really think of to improve the game, as all the bases are covered (ability to turn off music, changing views, etc.) and it is well-made. My only quip may have to do with the aiming aspect of the game, sometimes I found it difficult to aim the carrom-man where I wanted to because the angle and area where I could properly aim the puck was too small.
Over-all, it is good, though not a great, translation of this table game onto a Flash format.
