This game, my first Flash game ever completed, was finished in 3 weeks; approximately 2 months after my start in Flash. I did all of the graphics myself as well as the programming, and the music was created by TheBerryster, a great music man I met online. I hope you enjoy the game!
Controls:
<Arrow Keys> are movement.
<Down> to open chests.
<Z> alternate jump key.
<Space> skip death animation.
<R> to return to the level select screen.
<C> clear save data (level select screen).
<Enter/Space> move dialogue.
This game is very challenging and hard, but the gameplay, setting, and music all make for an awesome experience. Fantastic job dude, so kudos to you for making such a great game!
Finally finished, it was a great game. It felt very well crafted rather than just hard, all the traps were fair and avoidable if you thought it through but seemed designed to catch you up any time you rushed. The controls felt a little floaty on some of the pixel perfect jumps but otherwise brilliant.

and i would really really like to play the game because the second one is great! and the soundtrack is great here, too!
As far as level selection. The arrow keys, Z, Space, R, C and Enter wont let me start. sometimes all i get is the first box and other times it shows all the boxes with a 1 in the first but nothing lets me start the game. If i click the first box it starts a soundtrack. Also i was sure to have the game selected because I can skip the intro video.
