its cool, but...

I dunno if its just me, but my character just keeps randomly running off the stage, or it constantly kicks or punches. You might want to have a look into that. other than that, the graphics are nice, the animation is fluid and its basically a copy of the first one with added features.... which is definitely a good thing and what I personally have been waiting for.

but once you get that little thing I mentioned fixed up, ittl be 10 star material! however for now, im gonna have to dock you 2 points for the glitches :[. but once youve got it fixed up ill be sure to play it through and rate 5/5!

good luck, and nice game - Hurricaneofrock.

The graphics in this are amazing, and it's really well polished, but I don't feel like I'm in control of my character. It could be amazingly fun (it is a ripoff of smash after all, lol) but honestly, the controls just aren't done well. I felt the same way about the first version too.

The controls went unresponsive occasionally (I'm using Firefox with no add-ons except Google toolbar, so your suggestion to fix that didn't help...), but that's not what I'm referring to. I didn't like how my character wouldn't turn or jump unless I stopped doing anything else. It seems to me that movement would take precedent over finishing a combo since the game is so fast paced and you have to constantly dodge things. It just wasn't pick up and play.

I despise broken games that get high ratings

I would randomly get thrown of the stage... no matter what I did. I'm not sure why, but it always happened randomly. I could be standing still and magically appear outside the stage. I'll give you an 8 because other than the constant failure, it was a very awesome game.
