Awesome game, I play it daily!
Yes, I think the ninjas are hard also but if you place a tower at the beginning of every entrance (even if you don't upgrade it) it will hit the ninjas as soon as they enter the map giving them time to come available before touching your gems! And I noticed on the higher levels (11+) the assassins dodge WAY more than 50% lol. I Swear one grabbed my gem and never got hit on his way back!!
Awesome game. Here's advice from a level 26 player
Brilliant on all but the last level, something which shall soon change.
At the start, make a rush on the orc side. 3 points in gold vault, two in heigh, one in mining. Then put a point in cut down study and cut down mastery. This gives you the extremely useful cut down tree for gold spell.
Next, advance up the crypt path, and get triple charge. Then advance up the fire path, and fully upgrade meteor damage and mp.
After that, upgrade the final bit of either fire or ice.
The crypt is the baseline of your defence. With five or six of them well upgraded, plus a smattering of other towers you can repel any enemy except the ninja.
To beat the ninja, you need the meteor spell. You also need to hit them at the entrance, and put lots of defences (fire or arrow) around the gems, so they can defend them well. Either area fire or high level crypt can also kill them instantly. For the super ninja, crypts are best. If Mind control and ice mastery are fully upgraded, and you can get a high level crypt, you can have a 60-80% chance of freezing them. Then meteor spam them. Otherwise, meteor spam them.
best game ever made
excellent game, a sequel would makeit more excellent, i have a few suggestions
title: maybe something like "Cursed Treasure 2: You Can Have These Gems Over My Dead Body" or something like that, just a suggestion
towers: purple (mutants), yellow(civils), and orange(golems), purple could be a swamp grove and built on swamp tiles, and use acid or something and have a cannon that shoots acid cannonballs, slow but area damage, upgrades to swamp tidal (fires waves of poisoning swamp water) or fungus mallet (uses giant mushrooms to melee enemies and poison them), yellow could be a pyramid and built on sand tiles, and use lightning and have a small lightning bolt going out of it that swings around slowly and damages enemies by touching them, upgrades to storm pyramid(randomly causes storm clouds to appear and slow down enemies) or pharaohs pyramid(sends out electric waves from a mummy to damage and turn enemies against each other), orange would be caves and built on dirt tiles, uses rocks and shoots out rocks that hit enemies, upgrades to earth catapult (reaches into the ground to grab rocks and dirt and launches it, has chance to stun) or golem shock (a golem hits the ground and causes the ground to crack, damaging enemies in range and slowing new ones), that is it really.
upgrades: there should be 3 paths for towers, 2 that just beef the tower up with a special ability and 1 that changes the attack to be stronger but slower
graphics: maybe something for the temples' attack to come from, like a giant torch, then a flaming ball of metal for burning and a hawk head statue for evileye, the a demon skull for beholder and a pitchfork for hellfire, that's just about it
etc's: probably something like a mana lake (+3 to mana regen.), a gold mine(1 gold gain every 3 seconds, stacks up), tower booster terrain, like volcano(mixes fire power with normal towers), jungle(mixes nature power with normal towers), glacier(mixes ice power with normal towers), village(mixes rock power with normal towers), coal plant(mixes poison power with normal towers), cityscape(mixes electric power with normal towers)
that is it, anyway, once again, good game, graphics, programming, and everything else about it, i really hope you make a sequel, 5/5, 10/10
In level 13 an enemy ran into the forest so i couldn't finish the level.
