This was a long time ago created short short clip.
Just a little thoughts about general toleration of somebody's becoming more noticed in some particular places..
And the last words "Patenkintas?" means "Satisfied?"

actually Patenkintas means 'are you happy now' in other words it does mean Satisfied
P.S the word is in a language called Lithuanian which i know (LT)
