What is this!?
The animation was horrible, the videos was COMPLETELY pointless, and the lip-sync was the worst I have EVER seen.
To improve, try writing out an actual plot, look up tutorials on how to lip-sync, use sprites if you can't draw and learn better animation techniques.

That first voice wasn't me. It was a little brother who wanted to be in one of my animations!

not that great, you could have at least made it look like he was speaking. Don't go saying omg that just sounds so pathetic. The drawings were not bad though.
