Good game, but with some bugs
There were many times when I had to reenter places mulitple times or manuver myself a certain way to coninue. There was no other way to move into an area, or finish a level.
The game has potential, but too much bugs to keep me going.
Thanks for the effort, and I look forward to a fixed version/sequal with no bugs
Look, I liked what you were trying to do.
Man, I get the feeling you spent a while on this game. And I think I know why you got hurt in the scores so bad.
Right off the bat- first level- you tell the player that they can avoid dangerous obstacles. Then, as it turns out, you can't avoid the first one you see.
After that, you tell the player they can sneak attack people. But you can't. And if you fight the guy, he will kill you, even if you shoot him as many times as he shoots you. EVENTUALLY, I managed to get past the training level. It probably took me 4 or 5 tries. And, while I normally would have quit after the 2nd time, I got through it because I could TELL you worked hard on this and I wanted to be fair.
So- second level. I die again- all because I tried to fight the bad guys. But you can't- they kick your ass all day long. So I ran from them.
3rd Level- you can kill the robots... but then the other guys... they kick your ass all night long right afterwards.
What I will say though- you DID A GREAT JOB with the interactivity of the doors. I thought that the speed and ability to run through a house like that, busting through doors, made it feel like a really cool Spy Simulator.
So- in sumation- if you were TRYING to make the bad guys really REALLY hard, then you should both warn the players NOT to mess with them AND give the players more time to respond to their presence (See level 2. Unless you already know they are coming, you don't have enough time to run out the front door).
Also, make sure that the first 5 seconds I play your game, I don't feel like I'm running over lava that I'm specifically told I am able to avoid. My first impression was ruined... but not as badly as I'm sure some of the more "Dark Side" guys. Light Aura FTW!
Needs some fixing up
The game is fun but there are a few problems that make the game not as good as it should be. First thing that bother me was the fact the bad guys could see me 360 degrees even if i was be hide them. Also they can sometimes see where you are at even if you are be hide a car or in a bulding. One last thing to talk about is the zombies because the can hit you from a good distance away.
Before i get done with the review I better and some of the good things about this game. The graphics look good and there are different types of guns you find latter on in the game. I would add more but i could not get far in the game to see if anything els was good.
This game looks fun but these things make it all most no fun at all and until these get fixed ill give the game 1/5 but i think it would go up to 4 easily if you could fix the stealth problems.
