5 Shades!

Welcome to the newest of The Five Shades collaborations, back after years since the last. Today we tackle Orange, with the theme word being "Ring". Artists were asked to use five specific shades of Orange to create whatever animations their imaginations could provide.

For more of The Five Shades, check out the home of the series right here on Newgrounds: /collection/thefiveshades .html

Artists include: Flying Giraffe, Nayhan, Falling, Carton O' Milk, Carrot Cake, Tim P., Thomas Todd, Cloud Eater, JKR, and Bogoblin. A huge thanks to everyone who participated! EDIT: And SUPER thanks for the front page honor. We all appreciate it greatly!

Okay well...

I like the theme. It left room for a lot of creative freedom. But it doesn't seem like many of you exercised that freedom. Most of these don't go anywhere. The one by Thomas Tedd is particularly bad animation. The one by Cloud Eater seems like it's going to be cool and then just ends. JKR made a cute one though. The rest bored me. Collabs are fun. Just wish you guys had gotten more into it.

Great work everyone! (Including me)

I loved all of the entries in this collab and it was really fun to be a part of. My favourites were most likely CarrotCake's and JKR's. They had a really good sense of light hearted humour about them. Te same with Flying Giraffe's and Tim's, but the humour wore off a little after watching them more than once. I also enjoyed the more experimental ones, such as Nayhan's and Cloud Eater's. Some of which were very strange. All in all, great work everyone!
