Our assignment in my college Flash class was a 2 minute music-based flash. I threw this together after about 5 hours of real work (we had a lot of time to finish it, but I spent most of the time thinking of what I wanted to do and how to do it. I ended up scrapping my first project after I got myself a Wacom tablet so this was basically done quickly towards the end of work period. No, I'm not that good at drawing on the PC yet, nor am I all that good at Flash. I just started doing both about a month ago so all I ask is that people leaving comments or critiques will keep that in mind. Thanks for watching! Once I get more acquainted with computer drawing and Flash, I'll make an attempt at something else.

for someone who has almost no experience in this I think you did a very good job, the only thing thats not good is the story line, its not really obvious whats happening without some explanation. good job non the less

Improve and aim high
The drawing and colors are simple and targeted, which makes it followable because you are not getting lost in the details. Pretty good for a quick animation. Improve sound quality next time and avoid cuts at the end. It kinda kills the atmosphere. A fade out would make it. I wonder what you can come up with if you had time.
Thanks. I appreciate the critique. This is the first time I've ever used sound in Flash (I made some random animated Pong .gif in high school), so it was pretty new to me and I didn't know how to make it fade. As for the sound, it actually sound clear and crisp on my PC, but when I uploaded it, it seemed to lose quality. Once I've finished this class, I plan on just spending some time messing around since I feel that it would help me do more interesting things when I do video editing (which is what I do as a hobby and for extra cash).
