There's a peculiar creature in the cellar, and the little brown bug is growing hungry.

My first Newgrounds submission, and my first attempt at a flash animation.

EDIT: For the addition to the featured movies list for today - thanks to everyone for voting!
EDIT: And another big thanks for Daily 2nd!

Nice creepy flash

That was awesome, but did the dead bug just come out of his navel?

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:

lol no, it's meant to be (rather disgustingly) that the bottom part of his throat (or.... I don't know the scientific term) is emerging from his chest - I know it seems rather sickening... haha thanks for the review!

Disturbing and grim

A decomposing clown is one thing. A decomposing clown that is STILL ALIVE is another thing entirely.

For a first flash this was incredible. I have trouble believing that you haven't done this before. If this really is your first, then i truly look forward to what you have to offer next!

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:

I promise its my first lol and thanks for the support! - I hopefully have something more to offer in the future, I'm working on some ideas now.

If this is a trailer for a game or a movie... Can't wait to see it.
just peachy :-)

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:

Unfortunately this is all there is - I completed this purely on the back of a 30 day free trial, so I'm planning to purchase Flash next and work on something new - thanks for the review!

creepy but awesome

I think this is awesome. Creepy though. Also i noticed in the scene where it shows his arm and only like half his face, the arm kinda needs to blend in a little more with the shoulder. But other than that, awesome.

JohnDavidHeptinstall responds:

Yeah I had a little trouble with that particular part of the animation, but with my next project I plan to dispense with motion tweens so I should resolve the issue - thanks for the review!
