Reminds me of Wolfenstein 3D
the controls are good after you master it, the game is expecially fun couse i really hate racoons xD I hate en becouse of an MMORPG with some fucking powerfull racoon mobs T_T

Story:
ZOMBIE RACOONS!!!(eek). You are some sort of bad-ass marine... or unimployed? meh, doesn't matter. Either way, you have a gun and some fancy armor... Maybe you got them from a swap meet... who knows. This is once again unimportant... What is important is that for some reason you decide that removing these zombies raccoons from the face of the world is up to you (...god complex maybe?).
There are two modes of play:
Levels:
You have to fight through 15 levels. When you cull all the zombie raccoons in the current level you will be taken to the next level... the only problem is that if you remove all the raccoons too quickly you might miss out on extra points! (oh no!)
Survival:
Obviously you must survive... You are placed into a small arena where there are some supplies and zombie raccoons will spawn from the corners in waves... Seems simple enough... But here's the problem: Though the raccoons respawn, the supplies DON'T... Maybe you'll have to manage that extra ammo and health, eh? Well, c'mon... let's see those high scores!
Controls:
W or UP = foward
LEFT or RIGHT = turn
DOWN = backstep
A = strafe left
D = strafe right
SPACE = shoot
Tips: STRAFE! Strafing is key to your survival... Try a mixture of turning, strafing and moving foward or backward while shooting if you really want those high scores ;)

It's okay, but can you add other weapons like chainsaws and rocket launchers? That would make it much cooler.

Well, this is the final version of Raccoon Crisis 1... I'll only add to it to fix some glitches if people want me to... But I'll definitely take your advice on my next flash first person shooter (If I ever finish it). The new engine actually has solid walls, which looks WAY better than the sprites I used here... I'd definitely like to add some rocket launchers to spray gibs everywhere... and some sorts of close range weapon. Thanks for the comments :D

alright
the controls are a little spotty and the view needs to be widened some. i was getting shot by all kinds of raccoons, but i could never see them. fix that stuff and it will be better.

I actually chose the controls because they suited the engine and gameplay best (I avoided using mouselook because alot of people use laptops and notebooks and it would make it hard for them), but yeah, it takes a little getting used to... Probably a bit too long for a "casual game"... oh well.
But I think in the next game I'll add a visual indicator (life half life's red dot system) to show if you're getting attacked and where the attack is coming from. Thanks for the review.
