I like it.
I can tell that you have atleast the concept of animating. One thing I would suggest is that you invest in a Wacom tablet. Once you have once of thise I think your animations will improve greatly.
Nice use of the crumplted notebook paper, and the fact that you used FBF which you can improve upon with a tablet. I commend you. Good job.
Needs improvements.
First of all, bring the arm and the pencil to the front. The eraser on the pencil is bent at an odd angle, but that's much a big deal. The fingers on the hand are not very clear. Draw lighting to bring out the arm. Don't use the gradient colors given by the program. The eraser was badly drawn. Again, use lighting to show the edges and the edges of an eraser are slightly round, so try to do that. You can watch the Pencilmation series or Animation vs. Animatior 1 and 2 for help. Using a crumpled peice of paper as the background was good though. Keep animating. You are going to be one of the top animators in no time.
