The problem most likely is with your version of flash, i am having the same problem with liveSwif.
Try looking for preloader training videos.

Ok people listen to me! ive had enough crap so far sooo ill make this quick:
I ACTUALLY TRIED ANIMATING IT!!!
0. no loading bar( i promise its loading.... i gotta fix the program cuz it doesnt accept ng preloaders....)

But hey, good points; it works, has room to grow(Obvious) and catchy tunes, and here's hoping you get a better torrent (Or buddy to work with =D) I have few real suggestions, but I'd hate not to see a final version of this come out,and hopefully this small comment will encourage you to not give up!
As for those few suggestions: Backgrounds, Story Expansion, Take your time...

Well the water marks, jk. you should make it stop at the end instead of looping since you have credits and all. I thought it was funny.

Yeah, No.
You have a somewhat interesting premise, but you fail to expand on it at all and instead go for a cheap joke. The watermark is annoying, and the lack of a loading bar will scare people away.
Do it again, and do it right this time.
Best part of it was the ending song, and that's not saying much.
