Movement is really awkward. When you turn it's like the tank fits into some kind of invisible rail if you turn at not precisely as designed. If you hit the other tank you're magically teleported to the left edge of the screen and the enemy to the center. The enemy would fire a number of shots and then just stop. All the levels look like the same.
I took a look at your other solo projects and you seem to be evolving. Keep it up and you'll make good games one day.
