//EDIT: Think I forgot to mention there is a little bit of interacivity in this, just look for the sparkle in the movie, just like in the games~~ =3

The final part in the Colour series, and yes, it is an animation, not a game.
Although I spent months planning this, in the end I was limited to less than a week to animate the whole thing, which affected quality as you will no-doubt notice.

Please know that you MUST have played the PREVIOUS PARTS to understand what this animation is talking about. Links are provided in-flash.

I won't talk to much about it, I hope that (with prior knowledge) the story is self-explaintory.

Wow... I... I think you relieved my Emo a little... this has enlightened me. instead of giving myself 19 years to make the gallow, I've decided, life is a beautiful thing. I should bare with it no matter how bad things get. I should bare with it for my hopes and my dreams. I should bare with it, for my loved. I... I...

This is truely amazing, I can imagine a song to this. I might even write it myself! I will send this link to all of my friends because this is a message that has TRUELY brought color to my life! Thank you for making this video it showed to me that the world and people around us can be so desperate so it's up to me to bring light to their lives, like you did to mine, and probably will do to so many others. And for this I thank you. Thank You!

i guess u were trying to say direct messages r crap for message games
but direct n indirect ways r both good for delivering messages
i can't believe im even saying this...
obviously you believe you have to interpret and think about a game in order for a message to be successfully delivered.
er no. 'course, games that make you think are great, but it doesn't HAVE to be that way.
a message shot in the face as u put it can sometimes be great. it helps people. it has an IMPACT.
cuz puttin messages in ambiguously n expectin the viewers to find them has a lot of disadvs.
like, a viewer may not get it, maybe?

i think u grew too used to these games, maybe it's time for u to take a break playing them.
maybe ur life sucks that much u have to play games like this to help u feel better,
but by wasting ur time like this ur not gettin anything done.
as for lasting impact, i found this movie a year after i watched it just to watch it again.
a lot of people come back too. it even got daily 4th place.

final point?
messages put directly and indirectly are all great.
don't set up a formula that tells you 'these kinds of games have to be this way.'

insult ur intelligence? that's a good one.
did u even have one?

by the way.. for the review,
it was really great but i guess i was expecting more as you did a fantastic job for the games.

but screw that, it's still great, so a 4 out of 5.

wow, i just came from the first one to see if you got any better at making these, you really didn't in the aspects i consider important. I will say that the music is pretty good and well intergrated with the animation (which is quite fluid aside from a few jumpey tweens, but you said you had a week to make this so i won't mind) But in the aspect i'm jugding based on what this is about it totally failed, and i think its the part of the animation/series you really cared about. The message, again was just shot in my face and i was expected to feel touched. I'm not and that honestly offends me. its like its insulting my intelligence to look into a story and pick apart a message.

What is so great about games and animations that have a message along side them is that its left up to some interpretation. Its supposed to let you explore what the message could be and think about what it was trying to tell/show you.

When the message is the story, there is no interpretation, no thinking about it, no lasting impression. i just look at it and say " huh, i guess it was about X" which is horrible for the theme you were trying to go for in this series

I'm really glad this series is over because now you can on to do much better things. I'm not saying don't do things like this in the future. I'm saying work hard to try to evoke a much better overall experience while having some kind of message. Don't throw away the experience just to have a message. So keep trying in the future to make something that i'll hopefully enjoy :)

Oh! side note! "Please know that you MUST have played the PREVIOUS PARTS to understand what this animation is talking about. Links are provided in-flash."
Really?? Really? i MUST have played the previous to understand the message? stupid do you think your audience is?
