Colony is a Real-Time-Strategy game, where you build bases, accumulate resources, create troops, and command them on the battlefield to destroy the enemy forces. All battles are set up to be 2v2.

This was a very exciting game for me to develop because it is my first attempt at creating something multiplayer (that isn't turn based either!). Some of my major influences were Starcraft and Code Geass.

If you enjoy the music, give David Orr a shout, he developed a system where it builds the music as you go, so that it's not one long predictable loop :D You can also find an extended version of the soundtrack on his NG page: http://www.newgrounds.com /audio/listen/299268

I hope you guys have fun! :D

PS: Sorry about the 'ArmorGames" lock earlier, there was a technical problem. Nothing is supposed to be locked in this version.

You've made a good little flash game here. Just a few things though. Firstly, as some others have pointed out the game becomes very hard after the first three levels being relatively easy. It's a bit annoying. Secondly I realised at level four that the capitalsts and the fascists have the exact same buildings and units. Even though this gives you the kind of civil war feeling, I expected more out of this game than that. And lastly I am not thrilled about playing as either capitalists or fascists, even though I do enjoy seeing them killing each other. I suppose there was a point to it, but I never got to know why since I couldn't beat level four. My point being - please include a little more back story. You seem to have developed a real cool story and it's such a shame I won't find out anything about it.

good game but...

me found a glitch. if you say something before you lose the game gets stuckand you get traped.
try to fix it plz.

good game by the way!

great game

Fun game, but...

This game is definitely a lot of fun and I think it has a ton of potential!

That being said, the campaign mode could use some work. As I have seen in some other comments, the AI ally isn't very good so it is difficult to use their output as part of your strategy. More importantly though is the issue with the level of difficulty. The jump from Mission 3 to Mission 4 is ridiculous. You go from really easy to extremely difficult in just a single level. Perhaps if the ally is improved that would lessen this sudden change? That, or some better strategic pointers to help guide the player toward a successful strategy.

Still, 8/10, wtg!

A maze ing

best game i have played this week i found that it was not just repeating levels but just a bit harder there is good upgrades aswell
