The comedy timing and pacing reminds me of Looney Tunes.

Well.....we all know the weatherman is ALWAYS correct.....right? Maybe not..... Weather you like it or not, is exactly that.....whether you like it or not the weather is always unpredictable. Anyway.....Hope you enjoy and if you live on the east coast of the USA you'll love it!

I enjoyed it. it was well paced and the animation was quite fluent.
Good animation
As mentioned before, not much story, but great artwork and animation. Nice sound effects, too.
Pleasantly mediocre
No story line but well animated. More of a animation student's exercise than a masterpiece. Too vaudeville for my taste.
I thought it was broken at first.
But finally got it loaded. Please put preloaders in your work the animation was good but i almost voted low because i thought it was just the first scene and stopped.
