That was really really good just by changing the music it has made a flash I was making go from 2000kb to 306kb thanks alot!!!!!!!

you said to select best quality for music, your supposed to select the opposite for compression, that just does the opposite of compression.

Umm... unless your music is already 16 kbps then it will compress... i do believe almost every mp3 is at like 128 kbps... so you... my friend... don't know what you are talking about...

Dude you rock!!! I had this thing for music choices, and after I exported it, it ended up to be 845 kb!!! I was like damn! So I followed this tutorial and it dropped massively to a whooping 266 kb!!! HAHAH.
