This was a college project I did last year, the whole process took two whole weeks. I've not done a lot of plasticine animation in the past, but I've tried to produce this as professionally as possible, with a large photograhy lamp and a cable connecting my camera to my laptop enabling me to take photos by just pressing the space bar.
I also built the set out of polystyrene, wood, chickenwire and modroc, which I then painted.
I'm also currently working on another two plasticine animations for my graphics course.

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy it!

plastacine!

this is great, really entertaining and well made. You must have a hell of a steady hand and a lot of patience. Everytime I've tried to do this I stuff up a movement halfway through a shot and have to start again... :(
It reminds me of that old show trapdoor, I really loved that show.

Probably the best submission of the day.

Nice smooth stop motion animation, fun character designs and a fun little concept. I don't really have much else to say about it aside from nice film. :)

It was pretty good

ill look forward to seeing more hope collage is going well

nice job, what college?

good stuff, I liked how they just kept eating each other, the elephant at the end was too out of context though, it didn't even fit in with a 'random' ending either.

just remember to make sure that any props that you don't animate are firmly in place so that they don't move from frame to frame (i.e. the sticks)

xD sounds strange but we kinda had to include an elephant somewhere. the original concept came from another project where we had to design a book cover for an existing kids book about an elephant. the animation part was meant to be a small extra thing =P at least you could tell it was an elephant foot haha

& yeah next time i'll make sure to stick everything in place, somehow i never thought of that! cheers

Awsome

this absolutley brilliant man.I love it! make more,NOW!
