I can't describe how much amazing this game was.
Mario? Check. Tetris? Check. Wierdish name? Checkity Check Check. Nice times 199.
This castle boss was the bane of my existance when i was 7, but now i beat it, and what do i get, fucking nothing.
I was starting to think that the premise felt too much like I was just playing two separate games, but as you get farther in the game forces you to use tetris pieces to get Mario past obstacles. The puzzle boss at the end was a great idea. But again, the only problem with the boss is that it focuses almost entirely on the Tetris half and the Mario half is too easy (just jump on the occasional goomba and then switch back to Tetris). Still, it's a short, sweet, clever game and a good proof-of-concept.
