My brother does an AMAZING Wesker voice. And because we thought he was so ridiculously camp in Umbrella Chronicles, then Resident Evil 5, we thought we'd show him for the silliness he really is.
The whole cartoon was made around my brother's monologue. So yeah, it's not the best animation in the world but what the hell. It's meant to be silly, so the animation is as well. :P

It was ALL part of my plan...
I didn't think this was that good. It's mostly because it was a bit too slow for me. I really do love the jokes with the food, though. It seemed like "House Of The Bread" would be the only parody title most people could think of. The animation is okay.
I guess I was just expecting more action. It's been awhile since I've seen a Resident Evil cartoon. They haven't released many games recently, right? The voices were fairly good. I wouldn't quite recommend it.

seriously out of all the videos ive seen in newgrounds, after all these years i found this to be one of the funniest flashes ive ever seen. ever. that humor was so good. how have i not seen this
