Its ok. But I would try to draw some more frames. Instead of using tweening for your entire animation.

Just put a StopAllSounds on the first frame, so the music stops when the animation is over.

I don't see the reason to blam.
I mean for a first flash submission you have to take in the fact that it will be bad, but this flash isn't quite as bad as I thought it would be. Wait, let me take that back. It's even better than I thought it would be.
For a first it's really impressive. Good luck on future submissions.
