um... really bad glitches
um.. its a cool game... and I played it twice
but both times had bad glitches
the first time the instructions didn't come up so I had no idea how to play
the second time, after reading the author comments and learning how to play, not a single enemy showed up.........
Needs to be finished
Like the others have said, graphically you have the start of a great game. But it is missing the game part. If there were power ups, level changes like color wise and different background scenery. Even adding a story line and plot than just "kill demons" would be a nice touch too. Over all not bad but to me it still needs to be finished.
I liked the animation and the sound design. However, the "wonderful power" mechanic was useless, and I think that 3 lives is maybe too little for having a 1 hit K-O. Still, overall it's enjoyable
Asteroids/Space invaders Max Payne style!
It's a cool game. I like the fact that you die from one hit, but has a power that makes it easy not to get hit. Remember that power guys! The only downside to the game is the graphics which are fairly abstract. They are nice, but abstract. I think it is a bit wierd that the ship is a square, for instance, but I like the graphics anyway.
On one hand I do really like the game stylisticly. The music and graphics work really well. As far as that goes every control in the game seems to function as it is supposed to.
However, on the other hand, the "wonderful" power, kind of sucked. It didn't even half time the situation. The boss battles, and levels were all the same (or at least they seemed as such to me). The bomb shot out shrapnel, but it's damage wasn't based on that.
I guess what I am getting at is that although the game was very 'cool' and well made it left me feeling as though it was lacking a bit. With some really minor modificaitions I could see this being insanely addictive.
