It's not the first, and probably not the last archery game. It doesn't add much to the usual concept of aiming and shooting while avoiding obstacles and / or using special arrows. Seen elsewhere plenty of times already. That said, it would be worth 3, and since soundtrack and graphics are so nice, even 3.5/4. But sadly unfair gameplay makes the game so irritating that everything else becomes pointless. Not only charging the shoot often brings the cursor out of the game's bounds, thus releasing a bad shot; the opponent takes (rock) ages to shoot; he's favoured by having more special arrows than you do and you can't buy any (unless you pay, I suppose); he's favoured by kicking you out of a match by winning a single round while you need to win all of them; at the store you need to login to mochi to buy equipment which is essential and you can't go back from that screen unless you either login or register.
Seriously, hard to believe this is one of Nitrome's games. 90% of the others I've been playing are worth 4/5 stars and so well thought...
I guess even the masters can fail sometimes.
