Needs work
It's good, but not great. I know you don't want to hear this over and over but the sound definitely needs improvement. Also, some of the animations where a little off. Like the smoke coming from the tires when he slammed on the brakes. Still pretty good though.

I loved the animation, and story was interesting, BUT it was confusing.
Next time try to look more at the past of Victor, not just that he kills some people, otherway, you are pretty good at animasjons (Y)
