A decent game

This was a nice little game for Halloween,the concept was simple enough and the control was nice & smooth also i really liked the music thast went with it,it would have been nice to have a background but it isn't that big of a deal so overall you did a solid job making this Halloween game.

Nice game, challenging

I like the way this game is simple, yet difficult after some time. I just reached 2 million points that I had forgotten a pumpkin.

Now all it needs is powerups, like a bigger ball, stop bouncing for a short time, automatic pumpkin destruction... That would add spice to the game. And also anti-powerups, like smaller ball, ultra bouncy, twice as much pumpkins...

Pretty easy...but yeah its alright

Simple, Challenging

This game is nice and simple. Smashing Pumpkins (lol) I could play it for hours...IF it wasn't so challenging. Perhaps too challenging.

The pumpkins at the start are indeed easy. But the handling reminds me of the handling for the first Transformers live moview game. (If you haven't played it, just imagine if the ball in this game were a car that has to get somewhere in five minutes through busy streets.) And no lives? Well...allright...that's up to you.

But I won't take points away from the review just 'cuz my stupid fingers aren't used to this yet. (The high score list has some impressive players up there.) The three away are pretty much for lack of style. The pumpkins were all the same, the ball had nothing to do with the pumpkins, and all there was was a score counter. To make a Christmas version all you need to do is switch the pumpkins to identical snowflakes.

All in all...not much to complain about. Well job.

Simplicity isn't a bad thing.

It's simple and amusing. The controls work well, and the various speed and areas the pumpkins fall from make it unpredictable.

Things I would add if you can:

The all important pause button. Never know when your high score is going to vanish because you needed a break and couldn't take one.

A mute button. The music isn't bad, but it doesn't stay fresh very long, and how long that is will be different for everyone. Best to give them the option.

Everytime I ended the game, I saw something flash by that looked like a score count, but it would only flash and then restart the game. I dunno if that was a score submission or just a read out, but you should fix it so that it sticks. And, if you haven't and still can, put up a leader board. Everyone loves leader boards.
