really great but kind of slow
The art is beautiful and the puzzles delightful. The concept ... I positively love Gretel-in-charge, and, while I haven't finished the game yet, from the other reviews I gather I'll continue to love your storyline. In addition, the Grimm Master medal is a nice comment on the morbidity of those original German folk tales.
The main problem I have with this game is the slowness with which Gretel moves and the lack of any way to save your progress and come back later. I'm always in favor of a save function, but when a game's play-time is extended by slow-moving animation, it becomes even more important because I may not have the time to commit to the full game in one sitting. And the slowness gets frustrating when (especially with a game as good as this one) I'm eager to see what's over there or what happens when I click/shoot/approach an object. This problem affects every moment I'm playing the game as well, and so continuously detracts from the game's inherent awesomeness.
its an addicting puzzle game that is fun to play. also it is highly detailed. it is just the fact that the player dies in such horrible ways. but i still am trying to beat it and get all the medals.
Tons of glitches....with controls getting stuck...killing brother is like cheat code....gives items...didnt even get rock from spider before game said I had all rocks...didn't understand the end how to do it...didn't know had to click the rock instead of fling/....
but great game, awesome graphics, awesome everything the second one was amaaazing...maybe just because I played it first and it had virtually no glitches....this one was less gory though
Good but laem
