Good animation

The movement and transitions were great. Smooth animation and the smoke and dust looked awesome. The text didnt really add anything to the presentation, though, and may not be necessary. Great job.

Quite fun, but..

I won't lie, I did enjoy watching that. However, I had a problem where I was forced to load via scene, as the Play option seemed to freeze for me.

I think, honestly, you could do without a lot of the facial animation, and a fair bit of the dialogue could be compacted. After all, this is a fight, right? Don't wanna bog it down with too much speech. Also, if you were to lessen the slowdowns and add a bit more blow exchanges between the two it would definitely pump up the animation and make it that much more exciting.
