River City Ransom: Redux 3 is out. View it at:
This is a Tribute/Parady of one of my favorite NES games of all time: River City Ransom.

I had to rip the sprites myself and it was very tedious.

THIS IS THE SECOND EPPISODE. If you haven't watched the first one you probably should. It should still be on the "Daily Feature" list.

In this eppisode Ryan is introduced and the two guys find out what they have to do to get River City back to normal.

Please give me feedback, I am turning this into a series untill Alex gets to the end boss.

You did the game justice

First off, Alex and Ryan are brothers, not just freinds. Second off, how long has Ryan had a kamehameha? I can understand how you made moves like speed plus and Dragon feet stand out a little but that seemed to over-do it a little. But all and all it is a kick-ass tribute to one of the world's greatest games. I loved how you didn't get lazy and just use sprites

Excellent work

Well, I will have to agree with the mainstream that the whole DBZ thing is quite overdone, although it did suprise me. Without the overuse of the Matrix & DBZ-esque fight sequences, you will have an amazing thing on your hands. It's nostalgic on the whole RCR storyline, and it's very entertaining. I would personally suggest that you keep the fights the way they are, but draw them out little bit (keeps the excitment going). I'm looking forward to the next installment to RCR:Redux. My hat's off to you!

Turning into a nice little series

Great second installment in the new RCR adventure. Starting to look a bit like a soap opera. Good action, just would be better if not so wordy.
