satisfying but something's missing
i did enjoy playing this game. it plays so much more smoothly than many similar games i have played. i dont feel like theres any delay between what im doing with the mouse and whats going on on screen.
something really simple you can do to make the game more challenging would be to give the player a limited amount of ammo before they need to reload. that precious half a second in which the player reloads would give the computer player room to maybe break up some combos. along that same vein, adding in an ammo feature would allow you to make an upgrade system for the amount of rounds, reload time, etc.
instructions are all really clear. a pet peeve of mine is when people make games that dont have clear instructions either because they dont speak the language in which the game is written or because they just dont care to use proper grammar and syntax. my eyes bleed when they see people use internet/text acronyms or completely misused words. i do think though that you should consider explaining the point value of each bottle. it seems like the ultra bottle is worth more, but i spend more time focusing on shooting stuff rather than understanding what strategic advantage shooting the ultra bottles is worth. as it stands, that isnt really a flaw. just something i noticed and was curious about.
other than that i would consider maybe adding in additional stage backgrounds. maybe the shooting contest moves outside or to the top of a moving stagecoach or something. i dunno. that is also not of paramount importance.
i do agree with newgeneral that maybe more kinds of bottles would be nice. maybe some bottles lose you points. maybe some bottles make your cursor wobble. something like that.
anyway i hope this is helpful. good work.
