It was pretty good for a first flash movie. The one thing I wonder though is, why are the sheep just stabbing themselves?! You should improve the walking sequence though too.
Its not bad for a first animation.
Your art and animation wasn't great, but it had a consistent feel that made it bearable. Wok on story line and art.
