Apparently the only Persona-based cartoon on Newgrounds, and possibly the internet. If you've never played Persona, it's an RPG involving the juggling of your daily life as a Japanese transfer student and your secret life battling monsters inside a TV while trying to solve a series of murders and also make friends with various townies.
Mrs. Rat wrote this all the way back in time, on Christmas Day of last year. The plan was to make it before i played Persona 4. Suddenly, it's October. i don't know. You don't have to have played Persona 4 for this one, and it's spoiler free, unless you don't know anything about definite articles.
It runs about a minute long.

There can be only one!
Having just recently beaten Persona 4 myself, the Normal and the True endings, I appreciate this game's being given a little pub. The endings were certainly more cut and dried than in Persona 3. I'm also wondering who voiced the MC of the crossdressing pageant, because he did a great job and also voiced the MC of the fighting match in Mana Khemia 1.
