Create your own fortune. Travel the land seeking to destroy the Buccaneers, an evil pirate organization bent on being outlaws... or join the Enforcers to help stop them and bring piece to the land! You decide, you build your fate, and in the end you choose the path you want to take and how to get there.

Frontier is a non-traditional RPG, taking mostly the form of an economics game... but in the sense that you're not set on a linear path to go destroy certain enemies or collect items. Your job is to survive, earn money, and do as you please. Destroy the Buccaneers or take down an entire city for your taking. Join the Enforcers and battle it out with some mercenaries to become true evil.

50 different cities beckon your trade and visit, each located in 10 unique environments and place. Each offers new financial opportunity or guild headquarters to find more purpose in your worldly pursuits.

There are quite few bugs in this game. If you try to flee from a Buccaneer party, it attacks you once and your dead.

Very nice

Only thing i could see improvement needed on would be instead of days between towns, hours. it takes me what should be 1 day and 1 hour to get to some towns 2 days.

Exellent Trading Sim

Lots of towns, a good number of ways to play (Trade, Piracy, Law Enforcement, Mercenary work), pleasant background music, varied quests and a well thought out interface. The only problem I had was that you never seem to heal, even when you can spend three or four days on the road and not meet any other hostile travelers and I have not found any indicator or option to rest in a town, so the %100 health you start with is supposed to last until you either die or get bored ? There could simply be a button accessible through the tavern screen which lets you take a few days to rest and regain your health. Still, great trading Sim, perfect for killing time at home or when you have a few minutes at work.
