Create your own fortune. Travel the land seeking to destroy the Buccaneers, an evil pirate organization bent on being outlaws... or join the Enforcers to help stop them and bring piece to the land! You decide, you build your fate, and in the end you choose the path you want to take and how to get there.

Frontier is a non-traditional RPG, taking mostly the form of an economics game... but in the sense that you're not set on a linear path to go destroy certain enemies or collect items. Your job is to survive, earn money, and do as you please. Destroy the Buccaneers or take down an entire city for your taking. Join the Enforcers and battle it out with some mercenaries to become true evil.

50 different cities beckon your trade and visit, each located in 10 unique environments and place. Each offers new financial opportunity or guild headquarters to find more purpose in your worldly pursuits.

Lota glitches

there are quite a few with the battle encounters. once i attacked a city but i just walked past it instead and because that was the city i was goin to i just walked forever.......
the biggest vessle, the armour n weapons are all to cheap
its way to easy to earn $ off the diamonds in some places theres like a 4500 sell difference between places less than a day away from eachother

o and its kinda dry ya kno? the battles just arent that interactive so really this is just a game about ferrying items back and forth but still 3/5 n 7/10

Awesome game, but very glitchy

The concept is great, the world is well-designed, and the multiple paths you can take are nicely done. Unfortunately, I encountered some pretty bad glitches... especially the first one on this list:

1. If you have a battle before the text box is done returning to travel mode (2 battles back to back and close, with speed on at least medium), the game locks up, and you're forced to reload.
2. Occasionally, you don't heal in town. I'm not sure what triggers this.
3. Some of the text is printing tags where modified text should be, and usually in a small enough area that you can't read what text should be getting modified, just the first tag.
4. I once traveled backwards on most of a trip. :P I think this was caused by fleeing an enemy, failing to flee, realizing it was weak, then killing it.

The game is still quite good, but clean up the bugs and it'll be one of the best on the site... very unique combination of game styles.

good game

FIrstly I've played teh original on armorgames and I have to say this version is a huge improvement with a quicker way to earn gold better art and such but however some of the bugs still stay.
We type in a name to start and the name never shows instead ti comes out as some weird code. It's still hard to change weapons as the weapons bounce around the place. ALthough the bugs arn't as bad as verion 1.0 there are still a couple and I'd advise you to look through the game again.

Far too many glitches

This would be a far better game if you could actually heal yourself. Work more on the health thing, because until you can actually survive beyond day 10, this isn't much of a game.
