I can see what you mean by this game being mediocre, so I want to help you make it better, PM me if you want me to design graphics or something. Also what format you want it in. I.E. .jpeg.

Good concept
I think if you got together with a good artist and added some sounds or music to this, you could have a real fun game on your hands. It was somewhat entertaining as is, so think about how good it could be if you put more work into it?

but needs some cutscenes, i like the game plan but you could have made more options and made the graphics better.

...Okay. The plot was fairly simple, but there wasn't enough challenge. There was hardly any talking, and, of course the graphics. Something I would recommend, and I'm not trying to be mean, is using more straight lines. If you can find a way to do that, I'd give this game an 8.
