A young scientist/philosopher, named Akuza, meets a fellow scientist from Europe; Sarah. Then the world changes. And four years later he dies.

After creating a New World Order, Akuza releases vast amounts of new educational, communicative and military technologies... only to have the NWO break up and attack the major cities of the world. Each faction fighting for land and resources, Akuza is locked away from the outside world, trapped in his mansion, slowly recounting his life before death... and how Sarah became the God of Evil.

An anime, please, if you are confused, wait until future releases, you don't exactly see everything in the first episode. Oh, and btw, the bonus short is kewl, so check that out.
