Here's another game made to enhance the 'Life with Lamarr' webcomic games page. It's basically a simple breakout game, so don't you be expecting high-octane thrills now, y'hear?

Background images made in Garry's Mod by CoMcPhee, GeoDesicDragon, Fioriboy and Andrew Kepple. Music by that same Andrew Kepple.

I like it.

Minus one star for the bugs and glitches, however!

Anyway people, stop giving this negative reviews! Its a great way to kill some time, and the music is great. Also, the backgrounds are very funny (I should know, I fecking contributed one).

So yes, very entertaining and great work (bar the bugs and stuff)!

When you warn us not to expect too much, you better not expect too much for your rating. Maybe the elements of this game would make more sense if I were familiar with the webcomic. The music and sound effects were annoying, though you get bonus points for having "Over At The Frankenstein Place" as your background music.

Pretty Good

There are some graphics glitches, after level one, the score is duplicated and there is very little to the game play, no powerups or anything. Other than that, it's not terrible.

Nothing new.

The game is well developed and has interesting graphics. However, it's no different from any other pong game of this kind. The melon's bouncing trajectory seems to be fixed (about 6 or 7 different ways of bouncing that repeat over and over again). The metalic bars can get very annoying (specially the sound effect). The game shows no increment in the melon's speed, nor any other type of obstacle; it's too easy.

It's nothing new, we already know that. And the controls aren't the best. But overall it's a great game. Why? One answer: Breakout. Who doesn't love breakout?
