Hello, Newgrounds!
I always wanted to make a good point and click game, so here it is :) (I hope it's good!)
You can find the walkthrough in my profile if you ever get stuck! The game is not too short, but its not super-long either, however it's challenging and if you ever get stuck, well, look for hints. When you roll over an object, the description appears in the bottom right corner, which usually gives hints on what to do next!
Also, please note that the first key does not open the first door/chest, so it's not a glitch. Look for alternate ways to open the door!
Hmm, also you note that in the colour combination lock, it is easy to mistake pink with purple. The purple colour is the darker one :)

Pretty fun.
Adventure games are great time-killers, that's probably why I enjoyed yours so much. The artwork was excellent. I like how, unlike in some games, all the solutions in your game are logical. Lighting scrolls on fire is instinct, that's another reason why I liked it. I also thought the puzzle with the combination lock was creative, I enjoyed how it stretched your mind. Good storyline too, made me motivated to play.
Length was definately an issue, but it wasn't really the main issue. I didn't think there was a big enough clicking space for some objects. Like when I had to put the key in the lock, it wouldn't accept since I didn't click the appropriate corridor if you know what I'm saying. I thought it wasn't the correct tool, so I spent another minute looking for other items. That was the only problem I had though, otherwise I really enjoyed it.
I finished with two minutes and eleven seconds, I thought the game was really entertaining. I'll recommend it to the adventuregames and pirates collections. Keep up the great work!

Great puzzle to do time trials with. Not challenging enough, though. Try making some useless objects or misleading doors next time.

this was really neat up until you need to figure out the colours, finding the key and the decoder was simple enough but you need to match the colours more precisely, I tried everything i could think of even with your comment underneath the start and I couldn't unlock it for the life of me, maybe lemme know if your going to fix it then I'll finish the game.

I am addicted to escape the room games. I really enjoyed this. I like that it was logical and fun. Your graphics were good. For a first game you did a really nice job. Hope to see another one soon.
