Usually flash games don't capture my interest enough for me to play them to the very end. This one breaks the mold for me. The challenges were difficult at times, but that was exactly what made me come back to the game. The music got a little monotonous, but the option to turn off the music fixed that little problem.
Also, Sir Colin is badass. Game gets really easy when you unlock him. lol
I love it.
Each character has a separate physics -- awesome
Each character has some sort of funny reference -- even more awesome (this reviewer's favorite? The Wheel)
Side-scrolling biking game? -- still awesome (This reviewer has a soft spot for them)
An upgrade system that isn't too overbearing -- awesometastic
I've been visiting Newgrounds for years, but this is the submission that finally inspired me to create an account.
This game is excellent. The controls are spot on. The maps are widely varied and numerous. The roster of characters is enormous and the fact that each character has different attributes adds to the complexity of this otherwise simple game.
This is the type of game I'd spend money on, if it were available for download somewhere (such as WiiWare or Steam).
Keep up the good work!
I started playing this game on Kongregate, and was immediately hooked on this game. The characters look cool, the descriptions are funny, and the game itself is fun. I have have every achievement except the 1 for Letter F's chase (that 1 is IMPOSSIBLE!!??) I wish you didn't need every award for the Moon races. Well Good Luck All!
