The tweens needed some work things were a little off with the speed and the mouth effects needed work too but I thought it was alright

Learn how to lip sync..

It looks like you did mostly tweens for this...and if you want to go into animation, try to learn how to use them well. There's no pacing..everything moves at the same pace. Also..cop out on the face shot cutting out the mouth..it just makes the animation feel awkard with no jaw or mouth movement what soever .A great book to get to help out is "The Animators Survival Kit"

its free and gives you a professional finish and all the tools you need to sand out those ruff edges.
