daily third! thanks newgrounds! i am very honored, plan on seein a lot more from me!

Whats up newgrounds!

So i was listening to one of my favorite Imogen Heap songs, and i thought it would translate wonderfully into a music video! I also wanted to try to incorporate An action packed animation that would also involve a plot (god forbid) that has some symbolic relevance.

So after toiling away with my mouse for about two months, i ended up with a final product that i am quite pleased with. This has been my biggest most ambitious project and i learned a ton and had a lot of fun while making it.

So, i hope you guys enjoy!

I just want to say...

The song being played during the actual movie sent shivers down my spine. Not in a bad kind of way, I mean I really liked that song.

This was just a great flash. Solely because the music flowed with the movie flawlessly. I'm probably going to watch it a few more times.

I like the art approach you took and enjoyed the plot of the classsic rebel trying to survive in an overly contained society. The fact that you used a mouse is also pretty impressive.

While that's said, I do wish you could've made the colors stand out more while still maintaining the theme. It felt a bit bland, and not in a way that helped bring the animation forward. The way it was put together also sort of felt a bit tasteless.

I liked it, but it was really just average/on par and nothing more or less. I hope to see more in the future.

I liked how the inherent metaphor translated into Western society so well. I think the 'anti-conformism' theme worked well as a concept.

The art was a bit bland, and the green contrasted a little too violently. I think thicker lines around the characters would have made it more visually flowing.

I'm not sure if the out of proportion bodies were part of the style, but I don't think they worked that well either. The main antagonists in particular had too much detail, and it didn't look that great.

But, I'm just picking at the negative points. Overally, it was a good theme, and the art was more than acceptable, although a little more expenditure could have been used on making the main character separate from the others around him.

cool concept but art could use a bit more work and maybe some good voices to cover over the music.
