Watching this will give people seizures. It would be better if you did it frame by frame or something that makes the animation slower.

Sorry to say... that wasn't very good, I don't get it! It looked like the guy was having a sezure! kinda scary in my opinion.
Maybe you can make him dance more, if he was dancing...

Like animation is everything in a flash. See, that's the problem with you newgrounders. Always wanting great animations for every movie you see. GOD! try looking deep in the flash and understand the music value and how that relates to the clown having fun.
