L4D Short: Starring Louis

Author Comments

Made for a school project, I dedicate this to Valve (And everyone previously involved in the L4D project). Up until the announcement of L4D2, they have always proven themselves to look out for their players, which is why I have no problem dishing out 50+ dollars to play their games... But Valve, please, the expectations of L4D1's DLCs have not yet been met.. if you release L4D2 with L4D1 in it's current state... Prepare for unforeseen consequences.

Enjoy this short little clip!

Getting too many comments about Louis' apparent color. Lemme explain...

Each Character in L4D has a contrasting color associated with them. Louis' is white, Zoey's is red, Bill's Green, and Francis' black. The color is based on CLOTHING, not SKIN COLOR.

Man I chuckled when he broke his leg!

see how zoey always has to be there to help louis francis and bill and also isnt it weird how stick figures always make everything look better anyways nice animation love it ^_^

StealthBeast responds:

I TOTALLY think fluid stick animations are beautiful. Seems your opinion is a minority. Thanks for the kind words.

Very Well Plotted and Sequenced.

I Thought that the views here like showing louis from 1st person shooting the hunter was pretty cool. If you were to continue this, I think it would be great to show how Louis got together with zoey bill and francis. Even if it wasn't supposed to be intended that way, I see it that way and think it would be cool to continue it in that type of story oriented way. Very good action too. Two thumbs up.

StealthBeast responds:

You know I had that sort of thing in mind, but I'll probably never do that. This was only to complete a school project. Sorry =( Thanks for the 10 though!

I love how allthe sticks are buttons.Imtruly a fan of pivot myself.

StealthBeast responds:

Bah I don't toy with pivot, but I'd be lying if I said I haven't seen some very impressive art made in that software.
