The world is being invaded by blood-thirsty zombies. In a brave attempt to save your village you're fighting back to keep the undead behind the barricades. There's no escape, fight back or become one of them!

Defend your village in 30 levels from the invading zombies.

Use the [1 .. 6] numeric keys to select a weapon. Use the P key to pause and show the menu. Mouse-click to use the selected weapon.

- Use the [1 .. 6] hotkeys to quickly change between weapons.
- Build barricades before hiring survivors.
- Kill multiple zombies at once with the vertical melee weapons (axe, light-saber), handy when they crowd before the barricades!
- Range weapons are best used against small zombies, large zombies can be easily killed by melee weapons.
- Use the laser gun only in critical conditions.
- The maximum barricade (wire barricade) is vital for surviving in later levels.

Update v1.4:

- All weapons' ammo increased.
- All weapons' damage increased.
- All weapons' price decreased.
- Better quality of image and sound.

Thanks NG for frontpage and thank you everyone for playing this game.

Great game

It's pretty good.
Has a great length, and makes you want to keep playing to unlock all the weapons.
However, I don't think it lived up to the scary name and intro. It didn't seem to scary. Graphics are great. Great shooting system.

pretty nice defense concept but it is really nothing new, the cinematic at the beginning was cool but the gameplay is very meager.

nice but....

the graphics are cool. The intro with the telekinetic powers(?) is awesome.
and good job adding the hidden autosaving^^ (mozilla, like Xp, gets after a while slower and hungers for RAM till it crashes..) it saved sometimes my nerves..

but as i played through the game i found also some things i didn't like:

i saved my money to buy some barricades and selected as the first one the lumber thing. i knew it would not withstand all attacks ( was on a later level: normal difficulty) so i intended to buy with the rest a garbage baricade as a second. i accidently klicked at the first barricade selection and now had to play the level with a single garbage barricade that almost earned me an epic failure.

luckily i survived to see the next issue:

the traps- when you're on a later level its almost impossible to activate/klick on the explosive traps because these traps will be 'covered' by zombies.

also some of the weapons are not well balanced or effective: the shotgun sometimes is weaker or more useless than the auto rifle.
The rocket launcher is more effective (does more explosions) than the higher lvl missile launcher. (i suppose u made it on purpose that the rocket launcher often missfires/doesn't explode but the missile launcher is just barely a joke)

and like TakuTheSamurai said the hitboxes are useless when they start to pile up...

thats why it's not a 10/10 for me, so for the next time please:

balance some of the weapons.(it's depressing buying a higher lvl weapon just to realise the previous u already had was better)

it would be good if you could highlight the traps and so activate them by holding the shift key or something like that.

it would be nice if in the selection screen (barricades)it would ask you if you really want to downgrade your wall or you could add more space in between first and second b. selection..

and it would be 11/10-friggin' awesome if it had also an animated ending
