sucks
it doesnt work whenever i shoot a cloud the laser just goes through it and the clouds dont even move!!!! >:(

Finally, my first flash game!
It took a little longer than I expected, with summer classes having higher priority; but I've finally got it to a state I think is worth submitting. There may still be a few bugs and glitches, but it's reached a point where it's Newgrounds worthy - I think :)
I have to thank my buddy Zuggz for getting me into flash and also drawing most of the graphics. Also I'd like to thank Parkerman1700 for the perfect background music :D

Note: The first few levels may be boring if this type of game comes naturally to you. However, I encourage you to turn the music up and just go with it. Level 3 is the first real twist on Space Invaders, while the upgrades, I think, are well balanced and much needed for later levels :)
Not too great
There are a lot of flaws in the presentation. It would be nice if there was an animation for when you lost a life, otherwise it's hard to notice. Also, this kind of thing has been done before, so it's not very new. Nothing about this particular game makes it unique aside from the fact that you are shooting clouds. Try adding better effects.

Yes, I am indeed working on a new game. This time I have an artist and a plan! (Also a much higher budget :D). It won't be anything like this since this was more to wet my feet in AS3 than anything.. but stay tuned :)
