Push: A Game by z3rb

This is my first proper attempt at a flash game. For about 3 days work I'm fairly chuffed with the results. Obviously a clone of Sokoban, but mainly inspired by an old Acorn game, Pushy II.

Figures

M bot dont delete my message, its true, this game is a complete and total ripoff

Agreed

You ripped of the game entirely... submitted flash page to direct tv.

it could be alot worse

but give it some music, and do something about that level end sound. that scared the crap outta me. graphics are fine i guess, good menu also. keep it up!

Below average

The game needs a lot of work in many fields...

-The sound is nonexistent until you complete a level, and the sound it makes isn't pleasant.

-There's no music in this game, and if you add some, make sure you have a mute button.

-You should unlock levels, but it would be a good idea to have an option to just play any level you want, but now getting a medal in this game is very limiting, besides something like, "beat five levels," or something like that.

-The purple thing you move to push the blocks is a bit disturbing, and everything in the game has poor quality in it.

-There should be an undo button and you shouldn't have to submit your score.

-Teleport pads should be added, in addition to special boxes, I would find this more challenging, also, add multiple... purple people or a different set of characters you use to move, better yet, make skins you can unlock.

-Make special pads, like ice pads, and holes when you fall into them you die or reset or something.

-Give the game a plot and add a time attack mode, it would be more interesting.

-Change the speed of the character on certain levels to make it more difficult, for example: a slow character with a short time limit with few or little special panels and time reducers, or a fast character with sliding panels and holes.

Now, that list was made of some suggestions that will make your game better. Here is what I don't want changed...

-The concept is good, make sure you add different levels when making a new one.

-The explanation on how to play is simple, keep it like that if you can.

-The menu selects are great, I like them better than what you did with the game.

-The restart level button is very useful, as well as the main menu option, but undo is still an essential.

-Goals left and the time are a little bland, but useful, keep them.

Overall, the concept is second only to your awesome menus. Decent work, keep trying.

Thank you for your fantastic feedback. I really, really appreciate it. Much love.

Not bad,,,

But it's not great, some music and maybe sound effects would really help.
